Return Policy

Horizen Hydroponics stands behind the manufacturer warrantee’s for all of our products. If your item experiences a failure during its warrantee period due to a problem with the manufacturing of the item, simply request a return label by filling out our Contact Us form. A replacement will be mailed out as soon as we receive the defective product and can verify its status. If no replacement is available, a credit will be issued

If the item is in new condition a full credit will be issued. If the packaging or item is damaged, there may be a small restocking fee applied.
